Collector's Giclee Print Offer
These will be numbered and signed by Bud, with the total edition being 5000 sets. This is the only edition that will be produced. Thus making a true collectible which can only appreciate in value.
Even more important, if you liked the art print posters, you will be overwhelmed by the beauty of the Gicleé's which replicate the original colors.
We are starting this offer with the first 200 sets (200 of the maximum total of 5000 that will be produced) being sold as the Southeast Asian Edition. These are being introduced in conjunction with the 20th anniversary edition of jigsaw puzzles being produced by the Beverly Enterprises Company of Japan. They produced jigsaw puzzles in the 1989-1990 period that generated almost $3 million in sales in Japan and Korea. These will be offered beginning November 11th of this year.

When asked about Bud's paintings, Pete Dye, the world-famous architect said:
"Bud's innovative thinking certainly influenced many designers to make the contours a little steeper and the bunkers a little deeper and generally to think outside the box with new designs, and, in that way Bud made a great contribution to the game."
After Bud Chapman painted the Infamous 18 Holes, the only re-prints that were available for purchase were art print posters. These were produced by the 4-color separation printing process common in the 80's. This method can come close to copying a painting, but is never 100% capable of actually replicating the original. They have never been numbered or sold as a collectible. By clicking on the image at right, you can also see the difference in color when compared to what can be achieved by the Gicleé printing process (proportional in actual size to the example of the original painting). What is being offered now is a high quality Gicleé edition that not only replicates the actual beauty of the original paintings, but is also the same size as the original paintings. A TRUE REPLICA!
